"Job Duties & Responsibilities:

* Analyzes, develops and manages a standard testing methodology.
* Manages the execution of multiple, complex test plans by preparing assignments, providing training and guidance and reviewing activities to ensure quality standards are met.
* Diagnoses system problems and recommends solutions.
* Participates in the definition and design of new systems and enhancements. Recommends efficient design approaches.
* Follows up with user and systems groups to address problems and complex issues.
* Recommends procedural improvements.
* Serves as a technical, subject matter resource for testing, systems and business line staff.

Minimum Job Specs:

* Bachelors Degree in MIS or accounting or equivalent
* Six years of software testing experience
* Knowledge of fund accounting principles
* Strong management and project leadership skills. Must be able to keep team(s) motivated and productive.
* Very strong communication, customer service, relationship management, and organizational skills.
