Healthcare experience must be on resume.

Seeking JAVA programmer that can support DB2 and Oracle database environments. Support various sys admin duties, develop technical requirements documentations and support network on-call issues.

- Advanced JAVA/J2EE design concepts/programming experience (struts).
- Advanced relational database development/maintenance experience.
- Technical leadership skills to coordinate with business users and other technical counterparts.
- Ability to translated functional requirements into detail technical specifications and the remaining life cycle of a project.
- Strong communication skills.
- Support sys admin duties as necessary.
- Provider on-call network support.
