Position Description:
The learning professional for the Financial Systems Training (FST) team will be located in New York City.  The learning professional will deliver training sessions both in the traditional classroom and virtual classroom setting on ClientR17;s global financial systems.  Additionally, this person will participate and lead training related projects.  They will interact with subject matter experts to implement or update training curriculum including development of instructional materials (ie Job aids, Web based Trainings, overall course design).


The learning professional will report to the training team lead.  The specific responsibilities will include:
- Train Client employees on financial applications, traditional and virtual classroom
- Learn and maintain knowledge of all FST modules (ie Computron, Oracle, Concur, Ariba, Hyperion, and Sarbanes Oxley compliance tool)
- Act as project manager and liaison, as assigned, in the area of training for system implementations and upgrades

- Continuous improvement of courseware and development of new course material as required

- Develop eLearning content for web based trainings, virtual class room sessions and other related deliverables
- Collaborate with other team members to establish design and development standards

- Administer learning data in the LMS (Saba) 
- Implement/maintain eLearning technologies and best practices

- Maintain and modify existing Web Based Training tools
- Maintain internal FST website
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 4-5 years of corporate learning experience including the development and delivery of traditional and virtual training 
- Must be able to quickly learn advanced technical and financial systems information
- Extensive training delivery experience
- Strong presentation skills
- Good written and oral communications skills
- Good analytical skills


Nice-to-Have Skills/Qualifications:
- Oracle Financials training delivery

- Experience in designing and developing custom e-learning courses, a distinct advantage
- Experience in web site design and maintenance
- Consulting or client facing experience
- Basic financial knowledge

- Language skills a plus, primarily French and Spanish
