Translation of internal improvements and adjustments into development requirements, coordinating the (external) development progress and deliverables.
Consultant for internal/external partners to drive
decisions on priority and feasibility of new IT implementations, necessary improvements and adjustments.
Accountable for the development of new DBs and applications, coordinating external (developer) consultants and internal IT to ensure the effective execution of the integration process to meet deadlines.
Trains internal users and customers on new functionalities, tools and procedures. Documents changes in functionality/processes and communicates appropriately. Constantly enhances understanding of IT technology and the requirements from internal partners and shares knowledge appropriately within European Organisation.
Proactively identifies process/business opportunities, recommends solutions and initiates actions with client and IT to address IT and non-IT solutions
Submits projects to resolve business and function problems
Proactively involved in projects from inception
Works with client to establish priorities for programs and
supporting IT projects
Understands cost/value implications of potential solutions and provides insight on such to client and IT
Conducts monthly reviews with key regional business and functional managers to review status and discover future project needs
Skills/Experience required
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Deep knowledge and experience of systems, Domino Notes and Database programming knowledge and experience.
Strong communication, influencing and presentation skills.
Fluent English language (both verbal and written).
Experience of leading complex projects.
Minimum of 2 years experience with Lotus Notes Application development. Profound knowledge on business application usage.
Minimum of 5 years broad experience in IT (preferable in an international organization in the area of IT Services)

Project Management skills
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can function independently and can manage several tasks simultaneously
