Project Management experience with Content Management (Documentum) Project Management experience. The candidate shall manage a team of 8-10 people


Overview:

The Project Manager (PM) for the Document Management and Collaborative Solutions (DMCS) Support function will be responsible for managing the Content Management Product Experience. Any experience with Livelink and SharePoint 2007 is a plus. 

A Successful Candidate Will Have:
226;	Atleast 10 years of total experience, including 3+ years IT project management experience, preferably managing Content Management Solutions
•	In-depth understanding of project management concepts, methodologies and practices 
•;	Demonstrated track record of managing a team size of 10 or more resources

•	Pharmaceutical experience is a plus
•	Strong knowledge and practical experience with software development especially COntent Management Solutions (using Documentum, Sharepoint, Livelink)
•	Advanced knowledge of iSLC (or ELC) methodologies
•;	Strong understanding of roles and responsibilities of development, business/systems analysis, architecture, quality management, infrastructure/operations and IT controls

•	Strong facilitation, problem resolution, negotiation, and team building skills
•	Excellent computer skills including project management software, Microsoft Office tools
•	Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to impart knowledge to others. Excellent People management skills



Primary Responsibilities Include
•	Managing project scope, objectives, iSLC (or ELC) deliverables and accountable for functional and technical documents and agreement/sign off between business and technology groups
•	Developing detailed project plans, establishes milestones, and defines resource requirements
̶6;	Leading status meetings, identifying project risk and mitigation strategies, communicating status and risk issues to stakeholders
•	Interfacing with all levels of business and technical management and staff to facilitate problem resolution and resolution of competing priorities
•	Coordinating work assignments of support team members, other technology groups and vendors and monitors resource allocations and takes corrective action
•	Performing project assessment, critical path, dependencies and impact analysis and presents escalated issues and recommendations to management
•	Provide metrics reporting to show operational improvement
