Description

 

 Business Analyst combines knowledge in the areas of IT Portfolio Management and Clarity product expertise to provide best practices and helping to define the future state of current systems and processes. The IT-AD Business Analyst will evaluate customer requirements, lead functional designing of integrated solutions, and provide knowledge transfer on the product to internal customers (LOB).

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

Functional production support of the Clarity Applications.

Scoping and designing customized solutions around the Clarity applications.

Designing interfaces, workflows, portlets, scripts, and other customizations.

Translates business needs into data analysis and reporting solutions.

Works with business and IT-AD technical team to ensure requirements are well understood and deliverables meet customer specifications

 

Required Experience/Skills

 

Working knowledge and hands-on experience with CA Clarity 8.0 Experience in IT, specifically in the areas of strategy and operations, finance, or a PMO organization.

Some project management experience with the ability to meet deadlines, prioritize work and juggle multiple, complex projects simultaneously with minimal direction.

Subject matter expertise in as many of the following areas as possible: Project and Program Management, IT Portfolio Management, Resource Management, Project Accounting, Skilled with requirements gathering and documentation.

Demonstrated ability to mentor supporting team members.

Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written).
