The candidate should have the following:

     ;     Exp           ;  :        8 to 10 yrs in HR mainly in IT companies
 

2.       Qualification :    ;   Graduate with PGD in HRM or MBA-HR

3.  ;      Salary    ;     :      On par with Industry,will have Fixed & variable(performance based)
