QA Intern
Description:
* Test our security software. * Create, execute, and
maintain test
plans and test sets using TestDirector. * Troubleshoot test
failures
for product defects and machine or network problems. *
Logging and
following up on reported bugs in our change requisition
system. *
Customer-centric viewpoint used to determine which issues
should be
escalated. * Create status reports and participate in
online
discussions and forums.
Qualifications:
* Two years QA Experience * Some knowledge in all the
following areas:
1. Windows applications 2. Web-based applications 3. TCP/IP
networking
4. Computer Security * Good communication skills (both
written and
verbal) * Excellent organization skills * Ability to
multitask * Close
attention to detail * Well-developed organizational skills *
Quick
learning * Strong interpersonal skills
