Description:

The Business Analyst role includes the following responsibilities:
1.  Support internal Vendor Management team operations by:
R26;	Managing the bi-weekly data reporting for the team; includes generation of reports of the Financial Data Warehouse, data analysis, and “scrubbing̶1; of financial data
R26;	Generating metrics reports for Technology Management
•	Providing analysis of data to support the goals of the Vendor Management team
R26;	Gathers requirements and develops business needs for the US implementation of Ariba Sourcing modules
•	Managing the team Sharepoint site; ensuring current templates, tools, and information are posted; manually generating vendor profiles and other content for the site.

2.  Support Technology Management sourcing support by:
̶6;	Reviewing Statements of Work from project managers to ensure completeness and compliance with Pfizer policies and guidelines
•	Working with project managers to ensure that proper contracting is in place for non-certified suppliers

•	Answer questions about vendor management processes and guidelines; optimizes the business processes and model, as needed; develops work flow diagrams to help guide colleagues through the vendor management process


Organizational Relationships: 
-	Directly reports to Team Leader, VM Team
-	Works closely with Senior Manager (VM team), Coordinator (VM team), Technology Management colleagues, Worldwide Procurement colleagues

Qualifications: 
-	Bachelors Degree in a business, scientific, engineering, or other relevant discipline. 
-	Strong understanding of Business Technology environment and vendor management principles.
-	Advanced skills in Excel, Access, and Sharepoint.
-	Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
-	Ability to manage shifting priorities on a regular basis.
-	Experience: 5 plus years of project coordination/business analysis experience; experience in sourcing, vendor management, and/or vendor account team position a plus.
-	Additional: Demonstrated ability to deliver results personally and through others; Self Starter who can identify needs and complete activities with minimal supervision.
