5.       A degree in IT or equivalent experience.

6.       Extensive Data Modelling experience across multiple projects and levels.

7.       A passion for data.

8.       Adaptability - maintains effectiveness in varying environments; actively develops oneself to adapt to change.

9.       Strong communication skills - ability to build relationships with client and internal staff members.

10.   Strong written communication skills - ability to write complex documentation.
