 Senior level Analyst to do the followingDetail the steps for implementing process change initiatives *Research and provide content for scope documents, SLAs, proposals and work requests*Research options, interview SMEs, and participate in JAR/JAD sessions, documenting process maps and business rules utilizing RUP artifacts*Initiate, implement and monitor projects*Adv ise customers on opportunities for streamlining or automating larger scale processes*Provide customer support and post-implementation monitoring during initial rollout*Coordinate work efforts with Lead Developer.

*Bachelor’s degree related to Information Technology*Knowledge of Product Development Life Cycle methodology*Testing experience *Demonstrated experience with Rational Unified Process analytical tools*BCBSFL knowledge (Optional).
Ability to work closely with Project Managers and produce under stringent and pressured deadlines.Helpful to possess Project Management leadership skills and

 

Project plan construction using Microsoft Project 2003.
