1	Should be able to configure workflows in ITG	Essential
2	Should be able to configure request types in ITG	Essential
3	ITG framework knowledge				Essential
4	Know how to configure dashboards / portlets and reports,
validations,
user data
							Essential
5	Have knowledge of all modules of ITG: Portfolio, program,
project,
resource, demand and time management
							Essential
6	Good knowledge of PL SQL			Desirable
7	Oracle database					Desirable
8	ITG Entity Migrations				Essential
9	Server Administration				Essential
10	Installation					Essential
