SKILLS:

* Knowledge of Ab Inito Architecture
* Overview of DW, RDBMS concepts
* Over view and understanding of ETL concept
* Development of graphs of average complexity
* Proper understanding of multi-file, partitioning and
de-partitioning concepts and component layouts,
normalization and de-normalization.
* Understanding of Data and Component parallelism
* Understanding of the Ab Initio generated shell
scripts, and ability to run the Ab Initio graphs from
back-end using wrapper and run scripts
* Understanding of concepts of phasing and
check-pointing
* Modify graphs to add correction for records from
error port and route corrected records back into data
flow.
* Ability to write and modify dbc files
* Ability to write shell scripts to perform pre and
post graph processing

2. Java, C , PL/SQL developer in financial company

* Understand the design specification and time line
estimates for assignments. Consult with the project
leader to resolve any perceived discrepancies
