Length –
Indefinite/long term – we have many consultants that have been on site over 2
years now – the good ones stay indefinitely!
Hiring process: phone tech
then face to face in Herndon, VA – no exceptions
PeopleSoft Analyst -
HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor
· MUST have 5 years of PeopleSoft
experience
· MUST have experience as an analyst on PeopleSoft HR and
Financials projects
· MUST have experience with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and
Time and Labor modules
· Must have excellent communications skills and
should be able to work with end users to gather requirements.
· Very strong
interpersonal and communication skills (this person may potentially present to
Senior Directors and VPs)
· Strong analysis experience
· Experience in
Oracle is a strong plus.
· Any SQL tuning experience is nice to have.
·
Any experience in Crystal/nVision is nice to have
