Letter from Company that makes Paxil

I got mad one day at what Paxil had done to me and went to the people that made it and told them how I felt. ; I told them they better tell the truth to people who don't know about it. They have emailed, called and sent me a letter.  They want me to do a questionaire thingy and "sign it" so it will help. ; Heck, they only want me to sign away any legal trouble they might get in.  No way I am signing anything.  There is a lawsuit on Paxil and I don't know how any of us could get involved with it but I saw it on internet. I know for a fact it did strange things to me.
