Dry Eye Syndrome

I have been diagnosed with Dry Eye Syndrome for 2 years now. I have
been off Paxil since March (I did a slow taper from Dec-March and can
say that by July all withdrawal symptoms were gone. However, anxiety
is fully returned). My condition has not improved since being off,
but I can't help but wonder if Paxil may have caused this. Just
wondering if anyone else has been diagnosed with this since being on
Paxil.
