I have been off Paxil now for about 45 days. ; However, my panic attacks and depression have returned.  It now effects me everyday for the past 2 weeks.  My husband and I are trying to get pregnant, but I don't know how much longer I can stay off of medication.  I am having to take Ambien at night to sleep which I know isn't great when you are trying to get pregnant.  I can't concentrate in the day because I am anxious about everything.  I was wondering if anyone did get pregnant on Paxil or any other SSRI and did have complications.  I know Paxil has now been change to a pregnancy category D, but I don't know about the other SSRIs.  I am now having to think that I may not be able to have childern, simply because I can't deal with being off an SSRI. ; I tried Prozac and Celexa in the past, and they did nothing for me.  I was thinking about trying Zoloft.  Does anyone have any experience with Zoloft? Also, does anyone have experience with panic attacks during pregnancy.  I have heard that sometimes mental illness can improve during pregnancy. I am so glad this group is here. Thanks.
