Well, I have a pill cutter and I just cut in half and in half and in half.  When I get down to the little pieces, it is not an exact science.  I'm taking little chips and calling it 1mg.  There is a liquid form of Paxil that is supposed to really be helpful when you get down below the 5mg mark. ; I have heard that going from 5mg to 0 can be really hard. ; I'm not looking forward to it!
