WOOHOO!!!
If you've added memory, you have all the tools necessary
to install a
hard drive, too. I'm going to suggest that installing the
old drive into
the new machine is the simplest method I know to get your
stuff from the old
drive to the new one. Windows will still boot from the new
drive (taking
the letter C:) and show the old one as additional drives
(D:, E:, etc. as
needed). The hook-up is really simple and it's incredibly
easy to reverse
when you're finished (although you might decide to leave it
in there for the
additional storage when you're done). Sound like something
you'd like to
try?
