Before delving into the individual situations you're
facing, I need to
know a couple of things. Mainly, was it a complete crash
that forced you to
reinstall Windows? If so, did these problems show up as
soon as you
reinstalled their respective programs (PPViewer, WinRAR,
etc.)?
