If you formatted it, you probaly lost the drivers. Do you
have the driver CD
that came with it? If not, install something like Everest or
PC Wizard that
will tell you what the board is and download the drivers
from Dell.

Look who has another problem! Only it's not my pc, it is my
daughter's. Her father bought her a Dell and it's been
running fine,
except for a load of viruses and spyware. We reformatted it
and she
is finally listening in regards to not downloading stuff
without
checking with me first. Here's the problem - none of her USB
ports
work. I looked in Device Manager, there are no conflicts.
The front
and rear USB ports are not accessible. What do I do with
that? Should
I just go into the BIOS and reset the defaults and see if
that fixes
the problem?  Thanks
