I don't think the powers supply is enough for a Vista
computer with a couple of drives in it.
Most of the high end custom computers these
days have at least 500 watt power supplies.
For that price you could have an air conditioner
blowing into it.
Much cheaper to just put the computer some place
else and use USB devices:
floppy drive, monitor, keyboard, DVD burner etc
