It's the Ultra Wizard ATX mid tower. It's still in the box.

80mm and 120mm are the two most common sizes. 92mm is used
often as well.
It really depends on your case. Most cases use the 80mm back
there, though
YOUR case may be different. Which case is it? The manual,
should you have
one, might say.
