I don't have a millimeter measuring device. I could drill
holes, but the
outside ones are on the edge, so there's no more room if you
know what I
mean. Actually after taking it out to measure it's about 4
1/4 inches. There
is a smaller one in front that's hard to get to that looks
about 3 inches.
It only has 2 holes diagonally positioned .

Do you have a ruler or tape that shows it in millimeters?  4
inches exactly
is too small for a 120mm, but way too big for a 90mm

    Ok, THAT'S better!        :O)

    You need a 120mm fan for that vent (120 is almost 4 3/4
inches, but you 
have to leave room for the screw holes).  That's perfect
because it's a 
larger fan that won't make much noise once installed and
running.
