under page setup in Paint you can tell it to print 1 page
and it will adj the pic to print on one page.
Tip: using XP one does not have to use the alt key to send
the screen to the clipboard

Subject: -=PCTechTalk=- Print Screen

Over the week end I was unable to access the internet. No
dialup, no nothing so I printed off the error message to
have when I talked to the computer shop on Monday (today).
I did the Alt & Print Screen, went to Paint, edit, paste,
save as jpeg, print. It printed fine except it came out on
two pieces of regular size typing paper and I had to tape
the two together to get the total image. When this happened
I remembered that it did this before but it was no big deal
and I just ignored it.
Can you tell me how to get this image to print in it's
entirety on one piece of paper? I just don't get why it is
doing this.
By the way, I was able to access the internet last night
after checking all my connections, unplugging and plugging
back in and rebooting. I don't know if that did the trick
or if it was the ISP and just a coincidence that my
"fiddling" with it worked. When I was not able to
even get it to dial up I figured it was my problem and not
the ISP.

Robert,
    Good tip!

Unless things have changed from earlier Windows
versions, using ALT
along with PRT SCR takes a snapshot only of the foreground
window. If you
use it without the ALT key, you'll get the entire screen.
If your
foreground window is maximized, there won't be a difference,
but it makes a
big difference if the front window is smaller. :O)

Peace,
GMan
