Hi,
Acronis do have a program to manage partitions on the
fly (ie without loss of data through the changes).
It is Disk Director, and the latest version is 10.0.
I don't know if there is a free version, but I suspect
that there isn't, unfortunately.
I have used the retail version, and can vouch for it,
and it was extremely easy to use.
