GMan,

I have been through the mobo manual a couple of times and I
can't see
how to view the RAM timings. Could you please go to the Asus
site and
view the manual in PDF and see what you think? Asus P5N-E

Jo Ann, looking at the manual provided from Asus' site
here:
http://tinyurl.com/2q88ko
the RAM timing is on page 28 of the PDF manual copy, OR the
actual page (should you refer to the hard-copy one) says
PAGE 2-28.

Jo Ann,
I think we're thinking about two different things. You
told me that
when you changed it from Auto to Manual, it showed a bunch
of numbers. They
will be beside headings such as:

tRRd
tRC
tWR
tWTR
tREF
tRD
tRFC
Async Latency

All I need you to do is to fill in the numbers it's
showing for each of
the above. :O)

Peace,
GMan

No GMan,

What I'm saying is when I highlight the auto setting and hit
enter I get
the option to set it from 1 to 15 I think. But it doesn't
indicate what
it is set on now(the auto setting) Yes, I can pick one of
these numbers,
and set it, if you tell me which one. I guess that's as
clear as mud.

Guys, for some reason I've suddenly been taken off 'No Mail'
and I'm not
receiving lots of emails from this group.
I have tried numerous times to unsubscribe and I've replied
to the
emails and tried leaving manually and nothing works!
Could someone please help me out? This systems is a little
new to
me...I'm used to Yahoogroups.=20

Folks,
We may get a couple of these over the next day or two.
As I mentioned
in my reply to Troth's request for handling Vacation mode,
I'm bringing some
members back from their over extended vacations in an effort
to help clean
out some of the older invalid addresses on our membership.
I'm also hoping
that the few accounts that might still be good belong to
folks who simply
forgot that they are indeed members here and perhaps will
start contributing
again. I'm only targetting accounts that have been on
Vacation mode for
more than 4 years.

In any case, please don't bother replying to any of
these. I am
handling all of them offlist.

Peace,
GMan
