The correct hotfix number you are looking for in the
ADD/REMOVE programs is KB931836. I think you were looking
for the wrong number previously. If you're WINDOWS UPDATE
has been on all this time, you might have gotten it at
around the same time I got mine, which is 02/17/07. So, look
around that date.

You are correct! I looked again this morning and there it
