With IE7, even if you have your system to AUTO-download and
AUTO-install all updates, it will NOT install IE7 without
you actually OK'ing it. So, if you don't want to install
IE7, just don't click to do so. It'll be pushed, and
probably downloaded, but will not install without your
approval.

I finally found it and it said I already had it installed. 
How to I delete 
the one  fileI just tried to install or do I need to?

if you already have it, it wouldn't have installed. That is
what happened when I donwloaded and tried to install.  I was
told I already had the update..so I will delete what I
downloaded.
