Windows Genuine Advantage
Its not needed to install. Though, it IS required to be able
to download and use SOME products from MS, including
NON-critical updates.
Basically, its Microsoft's anti-piracy app to check if you
have a legit or pirated copy of Windows. If you're legit,
sure go ahead and download it. You are legit, right?

Problem is... some people who are 100% legit sometimes have
a problem with being flagged as illegit.
