Tom, regardless of where the file is located, it still opens
up
the Help and Support Center! The files are where they
should
be, it looks like the file associations got screwed up some
how. The MSinfo file is not listed under "File
types" so I
don't know how to change it, nor do I know to what it
should be
calling to open it. I can't right click any of the files
and
"Open with....." so I can see other ways of
opening it! I even
tried the Shift key + right click and still don't have an
"Open
with....".

The file is msinfo32.exe it is found at C:\Program
Files\Common
Files\Microsoft Shared\Msinfo a backup file is located at
C:\system32\dllcache try restoring from there if it is not

where it
should be.
Good luck
