Look in the list of running processes (the
"Processes" tab) and
see which one is sucking up the CPU (under the
"CPU" column).
Most if not all will be "00" and the culprit
will have a much
larger number. Then post what's causing it.

Recently I formatted a computer and loaded windows XP.
Without
loading
anything into the computer except for the drivers. I found
that
my computer
was very slow. When I press Ctrl Alt Del keys I found that
task
Manager cpu
usage was 100% all the time. Can anyone tell me why ?Could
it
be Boot sector
virus ?How Can I solve the problem ?Computer is pentium 4
2.66
256 RAM.
