PCWorks: What is that password for some XP Services that logon using an account like "NT AUTHORITY

Some XP Services log on using an account like "NT
AUTHORITY\NetworkService" and show a password.  How
do I find
out what that password is?  I have heard that getting
Services
to log on using that account instead of the local user can
be
more stable and I want to see if I can try it.
