For those who would like to put Search in the Quick Launch
Toolbar (mighty
convenient there):
1. Go to Start, Search, For Files or Folders, All files
and folders, Look
In, select "C-drive"
2. Click Search and after the search, go to File, and
click "Save
Search"
3. This action creates an icon on your desktop with
your saved search
criteria. Name it "Search"
4. Drag this icon to your C:\Windows folder.
5. Right-drag this file to the Quick Launch Toolbar and
create a shortcut
icon for it.
6. Change the shortcut icon to the magnifying glass.
Llooking good in the QLT, I only keep 6 icons there, in this
order: Show
Desktop, IE (should I ever need it), Search, eCleaner, OE
(email), and
Firefox.
