When did you last update the drivers for it?
Have you had any hydro problems your area of late, something
may have
damaged the drives that way.
Disconnect the usb drive from your pc and unplug it from
it's power
supply, and shut down for 10 seconds then restart and see if
the
quotation marks appear still.
