I have finally found a solution to this problem and thought
you might
like to know.
The original problem was installing Nero suite version
7.5.7.0 which I
downloaded several time from the internet. After installing
my problem
was that I could not read any kind of disc as I would get an
error of
"unexpected DVD error". I did not try any other
functions. This was on a
friends computer.
I then tried to using my computer which also had Nero on it
but with
version 7.2.3.2b and it worked just fine. I then upgraded my
Nero to the
version above and got the very same error message.
I loaded my Nero 7.2.3.2b on my friends computer and it
worked as
expected. Just fine.
I have notified Nero about these facts and have not heard a
word from
them so far 3 days.
Thanks for all your help.
