PCWorks: Internet Explorer 7 "mhtml:" Redirection Disclosure of Sensitive Information

I am on this list twice somehow with 2 different emails... I
want to unsub 
the one email...  I went to the website and I get this
message:

There is a problem with this account.
The account owner should contact EsoSoft as soon as possible

How do I go about unsubbing that one email address to the
list?
