Babs, I used TreeSize for years. It did everything I
wanted. But after a
while, it began to give me a nag screen that said something
like, "You seem
to be examining very large drives. Perhaps it might be
helpful to buy our
professional version". So eventually I went looking
for another (free)
program.
I finally came up with WinDirStat. It has a traditional
treemap, plus it has
a graphical view that looks (to me) very similar to the
SequoiaView program
mentioned by John.

Note that there are two versions; one for Win9x and Win ME
and a different
one for NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003.
