PCWorks: Putting A Poll On A Website

You will need to use some scripting language (Javascript, vb
script, 
etc.) or for more advanced polls you will need something
more complex 
like PHP or ASP.NET and save the data in a database.

To begin with you could just use the online poll wizard 
http://webpag
e-tools.com/pollwizard.asp and copy and paste the code
in 
either ASP or Javascript.
