PCWorks: Cursor movement causes hard disc noise

I just noticed that whenever I move my cursor I can hear the
head in my
hard disc move.

Now I live in a home where the wiring is about 45 years old,
not very
old, but I have known about grounding problems in here for
some time.
Now I can hear the problems this lack of grounding is
causing in my
computers, where normally I tend to lose monitors and video
cards
because of it.

Is there anyone else experiencing similar issues living or
working with
similar power issues?
