Donna:
Do you have the right monitor cable, and have you swapped it
out? If you
have not swapped the cable, try that.
Following is a link that gives pin-outs for 15 and 9 pin
cables and
includes the DCC1 feature of the newer plug and play
monitors.
Also check for bent male or pushed back female pins.
