Nero's not confused, it just wants to know what you really
want.
For a true backup, you can use Nero Backitup, or any other
backup
program. This CD will need a restore program to recover the
data.
To copy the data, you can use XP's built-in capabilities, or
just create
a data CD in Nero.
To play the CD in a CD/DVD player, you'll have to use Nero,
and you'll
have to tell us what kind of files are involved. (Wav, mp3,
etc.)
