Unless something is not working I would leave it alone.
Take a look in your
log and see what IP address was trying to connect to your
computer and what
port it was trying to use. I've had my dns server try to
connect to my
computer several times. I have no idea why it would want to
connect and I
don't allow it. I've never had any problems blocking it.
There are a lot
of scans going on out there looking for ways to access other
people's
computers. If you can't identify the reason for the
connection, never allow
it.
If you really want an answer other than just leave it alone,
you ought to go
to the support forums at Zone Labs.

Subject: PCWorks: Unblocking access for svchost in ZoneAlarm
I get the message in the ZA log:
Generic Host Process for Win32 Services was blocked from
accepting a
connection from the Internet ...
Where do I look for the svchost entry to unblock it?
Thanks.
