PCWorks: Real Audio files to Wav or mp3 files ???

Can anyone help me by telling how I can convert Real Audio
Files to Wav to
Audio ?I just need to convert 3 to 4 files so I do not want
to buy any
shareware or software. Can anyone point me to a website
where I can get some
freeware.
