back and forth with the two in the past, and also tried
Seamonkey but I
always go back to Internet Explorer.

use PPC 
(pocket PC) with Thunderbird and Calendar with success.

However, there are plenty of options available to you for

I use Thunderbird on both Windows and Ubuntu and while it is
very good 
with fighting spam it does have quirks like working with
pocket pc.
