PCWorks: SD card wants password to unZIP?

I regularly unZIP files to a 256MB SD card with no problem.

I have a new 1GB SD card which refuses to take the results
of a Windows
XP unZIP - it asks for passwords for the files in the ZIP
file.

What is this nonsense, and how do I get rid of it?

TIA

I recently saw an SD card with a "Lock" feature.
This was an actual
physical slide on the card that had to be moved for card
access, much
like the slide on a 3.5" floppy. Does your card have
some kind of
security feature? Who makes the card?
