Here's the problem. I was fooling around with a program I
downloaded called
"Hotkeys" which I think might have been reason
for a problem I'm having. Can't
always be sure as proximity of events doesn't necessarily
point to cause and
effect. Anyway, I didn't like the way the program worked so
I got rid of it;
it didn't do anything for me.
Now what happens is that when I click the Caps Lock key, the
Start menu opens.
Start menu now opens with both the Flag key and the Caps
Lock key. Any ideas
how that might be corrected? ... Harold
