I have finally got my computer working again with various
pieces of
software reinstalled. Had to reinstall Windows XP Pro also.
My question
is I notice that anytime I scroll using the right hand
vertical scroll
bar the movement on the screen seems delayed or sluggish.
Any ideas on
what might cause that?
I have my display set for 1024 x 738 and color quality for
highest 32
bit. I do have several things turned off in the task bar.
The only thing
running is audio, sygate, Norton, and skype.
