Sugest CASE tools to work with PHP

Hi to all!

I'm looking for CASE-tool that would support following
features:

            -conversion of UML(Class diagram) to PHP 5
classes (if available reverse engineering too)

            -it would be nice if it would be an Eclipce
plugin (free if possible)

            -generating of reports in html or rich text
formats

            -supporting for business rules &
ER-diagrams

            -conversion of ER-diagrams to DDL (MySQL 5
preferable)

            -version control & team collaboration

Can any one
suggest such tool that would have all this features or
complex of tools that
works together or just some CASE-tools with which you are
working. 

PS:

I find one (Sybase PowerDesigner) it supports all except two
points:

            -conversion of UML to PHP

            -and it’s not free :(
