System files should not be exported

Following up on a previous email, I've managed to hide PDT's
system  
files switching to PHP Explorer as per Shachar's suggestion,
but  
Export > File System still tries to export all of the
following files:

  .cache
  .settings
  .project
  .projectOptions

I assume this is a bug and not a feature, it's quite
annoying to  
deselect the above files on each export.

On a side note, I've added the PDT code repository to Ohloh
to  
display development metrics, I hope this is fine with you:
